    • After being reported months ago there STILL is no "give way" sign at A40 junction, 26th July
Nearly 2 years on Bucks CC have still not replaced a "give way" sign at the A40 junction where you turn left into Stokenchurch, despite accidents there. The white road markings are non existent & some of the street lights don't work, what do the CC spend our taxes on?

    • Overgrown vegetation impeding path, 26th July
The vegetation is overgrown and needs clearing along the shared footpath / cycleway coming out of Watermead also known as the Aqua Way. (1) If a parent is pushing a child in a pram, the child is going to get swiped in the face by stinging nettles, which is not great, (2) People wearing summer clothes are going to get stung by stinging nettles, (3) Not enough room for 2 people on the path to pass. It really needs cutting back now.

      Report on FixMyStreet
    • Bus Bollards not working, 26th July
The rising bollards for the bus route are permanently down and have been for some time. This means non-bus traffic is regularly using this for a short cut between Lark Vale and Cleveland Park. The problem is there is also a footpath / cyclepath exiting here and safety is not properly addressed of cars, vans etc are unexpectedly shooting through here. It needs sorting out. EITHER make it a proper through route OR fix the bollards.

    • No road markings at junction/broken road surface, 25th July
The junction between Nags Head Lane and London Road is increasingly dangerous. The road markings indicating where the junction is have now completely faded. As a result motorists often jut out from Nags Head Lane onto London Road - presenting a danger to passing cars on the road. Furthermore, the road surface is not now just one big pot hole. This junction needs remedial work ASAP. At the moment it is a danger to all road users. If nothing is done soon a major accident is inevitable...

    • Speeding cars and youths on motor bikes, 22nd July
Holtspur avenue is used as a rat run for people using the David Lloyd Gym. It save drivers having to go through the village and saves them time, however, they drive along Holtspir Avenue at very high speed. Holtspur Avenue is also a magnet for youths riding their motor bikes at high speed and often on rear wheels only, an accident waiting to happen. Both issues have been going on for a very long time. These problems would be solved if we could have speed bumps installed or staggered islands making it impossible for either issue to continue. I imagine this would be cheaper, in the long run as opposed to the cost of dealing with a fatal accident which is bound to happen at some point.
Nearest road to the pin placed on the map (automatically generated by Bing Maps): 51 Holtspur Avenue, Wooburn Green
